Remember the cookie recipe I posted a while ago? Well after a personal request, I made it into a 3-tier cake! You just simply make the same recipe 3 times but just making one large cookie each time!!
Just make sure that the ends dont burn before it cooks thoroughly, lower the temperature a bit!
