Every so often I discover some new thing, be it a new wine, recipe, trick ANYTHING and I get super excited about it and just HAVE to share it with people!
The first whoopdedoop that I would like to share is a lovely light white wine from Catalonia that a very good friend of mine introduced me too last summer. It is as light and crisp as Pinot Grigio but it has a slight sweet aftertaste to it. It is great with a light cheese platter and fruit ... a bit too sweet and light to have with food.
